SD Apartment Renovation

Originally built in 1990, SD apartment was partially renovated in 2015 for contemporary use and to suit the current needs of the owners.

 

Internal updates included expanding the living area at both of its ends to make use of dead space, and enclosing the living room balcony to create additional living space. The entry area, kitchen and guest bathroom were remodeled to make way for an added laundry and storage room, and a small bed and bath for an in-house helper. Customized woodworks were designed to complement the remodeled living space. External additions included building a stone entrance canopy and steel gates.
